New exciting things are coming your way! Beautiful housing options, exciting retail and enhanced amenities for everyone are possible through new investments in the downtown area.
As part of the “Plan the Port” initiative to encourage development and investment, the Village of Port Chester spent over two years of community outreach and engagement to draft the Form-Based Code. The effort included over 50 meetings with community members, key stakeholders such as local businesses and not-for-profits, the development community, as well as with each of the Village’s development-related volunteer boards and commissions. The Form-Based Code was adopted in May 2020.
The success of this initiative is evidenced by the robust number of new projects in the pipeline.
